Combining the comforting warmth of hot stones, soothing massage and a simple ESPA-inspired facial ritual, this is your invitation to switch off, breathe deeply and simply be looked after.
Your Restful Ritual begins…
We start with a grounding aromatic inhalation and a warm neck and shoulder compress, allowing you to settle into the treatment and leave the outside world behind.
Your therapist will then work through a deeply relaxing Anti-Stress back, shoulder and neck massage, enhanced with warm basalt stones. The gentle heat helps create a wonderfully comforting sensation as the stones glide across the muscles, combined with soothing hands-on massage to ease away areas of everyday tension.
Next comes a beautifully simple facial ritual. Your skin is gently cleansed before a warm compress and relaxing facial massage, concentrating on the forehead, temples, jaw and scalp. A nourishing facial mask completes this peaceful interlude.
Finally, we turn our attention to your lower legs and feet. Warm stones are used alongside a slow, relaxing massage, incorporating gentle reflexology-inspired techniques to leave your feet feeling wonderfully cared for.
We finish with a moment of stillness and warmth, allowing you to gradually return to the outside world feeling rested, grounded and renewed.
