All wraps begin with dry body brushing to boost circulation and loosen those dead skin cells followed by an exfoliating body polish which will enhance the efficiency and effect of other ESPA body product. As well as remove dry dead skin and restore vitality the ESPA body polish will also increase healing of scar tissue and can be used as part of an anti-cellulite course of treatments.

Once fully scrubbed you are then smothered in your preferred choice of nourishing product before begin wrapped and enveloped in foil and warm blankets.

Whilst your relaxing and the products work their magic your therapist can also give you an oriental head massage using a product called pink hair and scalp mud which is an excellent treatment for dry damaged and chemically treated hair or irritable scalps.

    45m. We use a salt and oil mix for our salt scrubs giving the benefits of both natural exfoliation and deep nourishment. The therapist will perform the ESPA body exfoliation routine to remove dead skin cells and smooth the skin surface whilst massaging the powerful essential oil mixes in deeper still. After you have showered the salt off your skin you will feel amazing. The oils remain on the skin and continue to do their magic without the barrier of dry dehydrated dead skin cells.
